These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to booking and receiving 1:1 coaching/counselling with Danni Suriano (“Mindshift With Danni”, “we/us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
You must be 18+ to book or be willing to obtain parental consent upon acceptance of booking. By accessing the site or booking a session you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Service description
We provide psychology‑informed 1:1 coaching/counselling. We do not clinically diagnose, treat, or provide crisis care. If you’re in immediate danger call 000. For urgent support in Australia, contact Lifeline 13 11 14.
Use of services
Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom (Gold Coast in‑person by appointment). You agree to participate respectfully, arrive on time, and use the tools provided for your own development. Results vary based on individual engagement; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Fees, rescheduling & cancellations
Current rates are shown at booking. You may reschedule with 24‑hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged the full session fee.
Intellectual property & fair use
All materials, tools, and worksheets are for your personal use and remain our intellectual property. Do not redistribute, publish, or sell them without written permission.
Accuracy of Information
Please provide accurate information when enquiring or booking. Tell us about relevant health considerations, medications, or risks that may affect coaching/counselling. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the sessions or materials.
Confidentiality and data security
We respect your confidentiality. Information from sessions is private and only shared with your consent or where required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court order). We use reputable third‑party tools (email, booking, payments, video) and take reasonable steps to protect data; however, no system is 100% secure.
